India's National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 called for a fundamental shift toward competency-based, personalized learning — but most schools lacked the tools to deliver it. Infakt needed a platform that could adapt to diverse student abilities while empowering teachers rather than replacing them.
Our Approach
We built an adaptive learning platform that personalizes content delivery based on each student's proficiency level. The system curates levelled content that progressively builds higher-order thinking skills, provides teachers with dashboards to track individual and cohort progress, and aligns all content to NEP 2020 competency frameworks. The focus was on making personalization practical — not just a feature, but the default learning experience.
